Returns Policy

In the event that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’d like to hear about it and help.

If we can’t help then please inform us (by email) within 14 days (from the date of delivery) that you would like to return your purchase. You will then have a further 14 days to return the purchased items (unused and in the same condition they were received in).  Please use the original packaging and provide proof-of-purchase when returning items.

You should inform us within 14 days that you wish to return an item from the date you received it. You do not even have to give a reason although it would be helpful if you could to help us improve our services. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods once we have been informed. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your item(s) arrive with us, we will inspect them and let you know that we have received them. If they are in good order we will process your refund.  This will take several days (depending on your payment method / card provider). You will be responsible for any shipping costs to return the item.

Replacement and repair under warranty

We will be happy to replace or repair any item free of charge should you discover a fault within the warranty period (2 years). Please contact us prior to returning any faulty item – also, where possible please use the original packaging and/or ensure the item is well packaged. We are not responsible for damage caused by badly packaged items.

If possible please include a note explaining what problem you had, this will help us in repairing your item as quickly as possible.

Repair after warranty

None of our products warranties will expire until at least early 2020. However we would like to assure you that we will provide support and repair after any warranty has expired. We aim to provide a full repairs and spares service for at least five years after any product has been discontinued.
